International Millennium Junior Classic — Terms of Competition

The championship is open to amateur players under the age of 24 in the current calendar year.

The Overall competition includes players aged between 15 and 24 and is eligible for the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR).

Players aged 14 years or younger compete in a separate competition, which is eligible only for the European Golf Ranking.

The maximum handicap limit for participation in the Overall competition is 10.0.

The maximum handicap limit for participation in the Sub-14 competition is 18.0.

Sub-14 players who wish to compete in the Overall competition must request approval from the Championship Committee at the time of entry. If approved, they will be ineligible for Sub-14 results.

Entries are open until December 1st at 18:00 and must be completed through the official registration form.

Late entries may be accepted subject to approval by the Championship Committee; however, such entries will not affect or displace players already accepted into the field.

• The field will be limited to a maximum of 84 players, 37 Boys & 37 Girls.
• The Championship Committee will have 10 wild cards available, which may be allocated at its sole discretion.
• The Players will be ordered by handicap.
• The Championship Committee reserves the right to adjust the allocation of places if necessary to ensure the integrity and balance of the field.

The entry fee is €275.

It includes one official practice round, 3 competition rounds, practice range balls, manual trolley, and course guide. Fruit and water will be provided on tournament days.

After the closing of entries, players will receive payment instructions for the entry fee, including details of the payment deadline.

The competition will be played in an individual stroke play format over 54 holes.

The event will consist of 3 rounds of 18 holes each, with no cut.

The Sub-14 competition may be played using a Maximum Score format.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify the format, number of rounds, or schedule in exceptional circumstances such as weather, safety, or operational requirements.

The event will be governed by the Rules of Golf as approved by The R&A Rules Limited, the Permanent Local Rules of PT Junior Tour, and the Local Rules established by the Championship Committee. Players are also required to comply with the Code of Conduct and all applicable regulations of the PT Junior Tour.

• Winner Boys and Girls Overall Category.
• 1st & 2nd place for Boys and Girls Under-24, Under-18, Under-16, Under-14 categories.

In the event of a tie for first place, a sudden-death play-off will be used to determine the winner in the Boys and Girls Overall category.

If a play-off cannot be held for any reason, the result will be decided by countback — also the format used for other categories and remaining awards — based on the last 36 holes, followed by the last 18, 9, 6, 3, and final hole.

For all other positions, ties will remain as such.

Caddies are not permitted.

Any matters not covered by these Regulations, or by any other applicable rules or legislation in force, shall be considered and decided by the Championship Committee.
